Management Team

Julie W. Berg President,
Environmental Research Technologies
Mrs. Berg established
ERT as an independent environmental microbiology
analytical laboratory in 2003. She manages all
sales and marketing within the company. Mrs. Berg
trademarked and patented the MycostripTM, a
surface sampling standard developed in the
laboratory and established a nationwide presence
for ERT. As an undergraduate student at Texas
A&M University, she earned a degree in
Chemical Engineering specializing in Safety. Her
professional training has been in the field of
industrial hygiene with experience in personnel
monitoring and indoor air quality.
Mrs. Berg participates in AIHA
accreditation, ERT newsletters, oversees ERT
education and training programs, and exhibits at
industry conferences. |

J. Daniel Wilson VP
Business Development, Environmental Research
Technologies
Mr. Wilson is the new VP
of Business Development for ERT. He has over four
years of experience in the Industrial Hygiene
industry within the scope of Indoor Air Quality.
Mr. Wilson also has experience with IH sampling
and analysis, gas chromatography, mass
spectrometry, reporting, monitoring, chemical
receiving, and NIOSH and OSHA standards.
Mr. Wilson is responsible for
all new business development within ERT, including
laboratory service expansion and accreditation
plans. Mr. Wilson implements ERT marketing plans
as well as the laboratory Hazard Communication
Program.
Mr. Wilson participates in AIHA
accreditation and reaccreditation, quality
assurance review, ERT newsletters, and exhibiting
at industry conferences. |

Michael T. Dill Laboratory
Manager, Environmental Research Technologies
Mr. Dill is the
Technical Manager in the microbiology laboratory
for Environmental Research Technologies (ERT). Mr.
Dill has over three years experience in commercial
laboratories and two in academic laboratories
working with bacterial cultures, genetic
engineering, PCR, biofilms, microbial control,
microbial identification, quality assurance,
quality control, and client assistance. He has
over two years experience managing laboratory
personnel.
Mr. Dill is responsible for
operations within ERT's microbiology department.
Laboratory standard operating procedure selection
and implementation, laboratory quality assurance,
supply requisition and vendor coordination,
chemical receiving, laboratory safety and
maintenance supervision.
Mr. Dill participates in many
ongoing projects including AIHA accreditation and
reaccreditation, quality assurance review, ERT
newsletters, teaching continuing education and
IAQA sanctioned courses, and presenting at
conferences. |
